Like attracts like - that is a universal law. This universe is governed by laws such as gravity. It doesn't matter if you are a good person or a bad person - if you fall off a building, gravity will make you fall and pull you down towards the ground.

It is the same with the Law of Attraction. Whether you perceive yourself to be a good person or a bad person does not matter. As long as you feel emotionally happy, you will attract the things that you think about at that moment. Happy thoughts will attract happy people and circumstances. Negative thoughts will attract negative people and circumstances.

So there is a science of getting rich. Yes, it is a science and it is therefore a predictable result, just as physical matter obey the laws of mechanical physics and sub atomic particles obey the laws of quantum physics.

In fact, it is our understanding of quantum physics that has helped us understand the Law of Attraction. Quatum Theory has alluded to the fact that there cannot be a universe without mind or an observer entering into the equation. Results from quatum physics experiments are in fact somehow influenced by
by the observer of the experiment.

Therefore, the ramifications are awesome: it means we have the ability to consciously or unconsciously influence our reality and manifest the things and experiences we want in our lives. It doesn't matter if you believe this or not, it will happen.
